A small village of 16 villas 10 minutes drive from Nai Harn beach. ■ Each villa consists of 3 bedrooms and 3 ensuites bathroom plus 1 separate toilet, built in kitchen area, dining area and living area. ■ Common Area Maintenance (CAM) fee: THB 4,000 per month. The fee includes 24 hour security guard at the main gate and public road cleaning. ■ Optional service: Additional THB 4,000 per month is required for once per week gardening and swimming pool cleaning service in the villa.
