Each villa consists of 3 bedrooms and 3 ensuites bathroom plus 1 separate toilet, built in kitchen area, dining area and living area. Payment schedule: • 2% with signature of booking agreement • 28% on signature of main agreements (within one month of booking agreement) • 20% on completion of villa to flat roof • 20% on completion of pitched roof • 20% on completion of ceiling, floor tiling, aluminum door and window frames • 10% on villa handover and transfer of documents
