VILLA PAYMENT STRUCTURE
1. Deposit = Baht 500,000.00 within 7 days after reservation of the villa
2. First payment = 30% of the purchase price less the reservation fee upon
contract signing
3. Second payment = 30% of the purchase price when start roof’s structure
4. Third payment = 20% of the purchase price when architecture is completed
5. Fourth payment = 10% of the purchase price when interior is completed
6. Fifth payment = 10% of the purchase price when transfer the villa into your
name roughly within 3 months after the fourth payment
OTHER PAYMENTS
1. The Buyer, by law, shall pay the Developer the sinking fund at the rate
determined by the Developer or the Tranquility Bay Residence Condominium
Juristic Person. The sinking fund rate is Thai Baht 500 per square meter.
2. The buyer and The seller shall equally share Government Tax and Fee
for transfer of the unit which will be confirmed by the land official upon the
registration.
ANNUAL COMMON AREA FEE RATE
42 Baht per Square Meter of Villa Area
SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE COMMON AREA FEE
Rubbish collection, Maintenance for Common Property, Road maintenance,
